The Long Game – Australian Migration

The Long Game - Australian Migration

One of the most difficult jobs we have is balancing clients need for instant gratification with the reality of the long game they have just entered into with Australian migration.

There is, unfortunately, nothing quick (or easy) about a visa. Whether it is a visitor visa that takes 6 weeks, a skilled visa that takes a year, a business visa that takes 2 years or a parent visa that takes 4 years.

It is really difficult maintaining hope and focus on your plan when bureaucracy throws every single obstacle into your path. Piles of paper, money, tests, and then a whole lot of nothing all serves to wear you down.

The secrets to visas are really, really wanting it.. it starts as an idea and each step takes you closer down the road of obsession. As long as your obsession is healthy and realistic – it helps to keep you focused on your goal.
