How Long does the Australian Immigration Process Take?

For example, a 189 or 190 visa can take as little as 4 months to finalise, but typically it takes a few months longer.

In terms of the total time it takes from when you decide to apply for your Australian visa, and the day you touch down in Australia – this is totally dependent on your visa type, your occupation, if you qualify for a visa, and how quickly you are able to move.
